Asker, 1 March 2024: The board of directors (the “Board”) of Argeo AS (the “Company” or “Argeo”) hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) to consider and resolve upon, inter alia, the Board’s following proposed resolutions:
- Change of Shearwater appointed representative on the Board;
- Changes to the articles of association; and
- Renewal of the general authorisation for share capital increases.
The EGM will be held on 15 March 2024 at 09:00 CET at the Company’s premises at Nye Vakåsvei 14, 1395 Hvalstad, Norge.
The notice for the EGM, including the Board’s proposed resolutions, the notice of attendance and proxy forms, are attached to this notice and will be made available on the Company’s website: www.argeo.no.
Shareholders are encouraged to attend the EGM by granting a proxy to the CEO within 13 March 2024.
